New Construction Condominiums
This project is a five-story, twenty-two–unit residential condominium with a commercial space on the ground floor. Westover Surveying did the initial field surveying for the pre-planning phase, construction staking, monitoring of adjacent buildings, and the condominium mapping that was necessary throughout the entire project. This type of project can typically take three to five years from conception to completion. We worked closely with the developer, architect, and construction crew to make sure it was built precisely according to plan and that all the necessary maps were submitted to the city’s department of public works.
